    This Personal Data Protection Declaration applies to the processing of all personal data of consumers, customers, suppliers, and trading partners ("trading partners") of Zátiší Catering Group a.s., a company with registered office at Novotného lávka 200/5, 110 00 Prague 1, Business ID: 15269574 (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company" or "We"). This Personal Data Protection Declaration does not apply to data relating to business operations and to corporate data. Our Company is the controller of the trading partner's personal data. This Declaration specifies who We are and the purposes for which We process Your personal data and other kinds of information about You. If You require additional information, You can use the contacts provided at the end of this Declaration. The scope of this Personal Data Protection Declaration conforms to requirements laid down under the law, particularly Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This Personal Data Protection Declaration enters into force on 25 May 2018. The last modifications were made on 15 May 2018. This Declaration may be amended at a later time. The current version of this Declaration is posted on Our website at all times. In the event of major amendments, We will proactively inform You.

    In general, Our Company keeps data pertaining to trading partners solely during the period required for the applicable business purpose, to a commensurate extent necessary for discharging requirements laid down under laws and regulations in effect.

    Immediately after the expiry of the applicable data storage time limit, data will be:
    (i) safely erased or discarded,
    (ii) anonymized,
    (iii) archived (unless prohibited under the law or the discarding schedule in effect).

    Access to Your Personal Data within Our Company Your personal data may be transferred among shareholders and companies affiliated with Our Company. We provide Your data for administrative purposes in order to maintain comprehensive information on Your contracts with companies affiliated with Our Company.
