How to Shop

We only issue vouchers in the values listed in our e-shop.

Wowcher can be used only once and the unused amount is not refundable.

In our e-shop wowcher.zatisigroup.cz you can purchase a gift voucher (hereinafter referred to as wowcher) in different values.

Electronic order
Select a wowcher in the desired value and quantity. Place it in the basket. Once the items in your cart are displayed, select the shipping and payment method. After checking your electronic order in the basket, you can submit it by clicking on the "Continue" button.
By submitting an electronic order you agree to the terms and conditions.

Prices of gift items
The prices of wowchers are always exclusive of VAT (price list) and are valid at the time of sending the electronic order.

Prices of wowchers
The price of a wowcher corresponds to its value in CZK. The gift voucher is not subject to VAT.
Wowcher can be used to pay for consumption in any restaurant (unless it is issued for a specific menu to a specific restaurant) up to its value.
The price of the wowcher does not include shipping costs, the amount of which always depends on the chosen delivery method.

Terms and conditions of delivery of wowchers
Wowcher purchased through the e-shop wowcher.zatisigroup.cz can be sent:

Z-Delivery service - Z-point - free
Z-Delivery to address - free of charge
By courier (Prague) / EMS of the Czech Post (the whole Czech Republic) + 200 CZK
By e-mail - free
Estimated time of delivery by courier will be specified after sending the electronic order depending on the required delivery address.

The price for delivery by courier is valid for delivery within the Czech Republic.

The method of payment for wowchers purchased through the e-shop wowcher.zatisigroup.cz can only be selected by online payment.

It is not possible to write a card, address or other text on the electronic wowcher. Wowchers are generated automatically by the system.

Order cancellation and complaints
The order can be cancelled within two hours after the order has been sent.

If the customer receives a voucher that is damaged or for a different value than the one for which the order was placed, it will be immediately exchanged for the correct one free of charge.
If you discover an obvious defect or damage to the wowcher when you receive the parcel delivered by courier, you have the right not to accept the parcel.
