Terms and Conditions

The e-shop operator is Zátiší Catering Group a.s., a company with registered office at Novotného lávka 5, 150 00 Prague 1, Business ID: 15269574, TIN: CZ15269574. Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

Items sold through the e-shop include products offered by the Seller. Sold products are structured into relevant categories. Specific delivery and payment terms apply to the individual categories.

The prices of products sold through the e-shop are in effect at the time an order is placed, and are part of order confirmation received by the customer after completing and submitting an order. Prices are stated in CZK excluding VAT Where applicable, the total price of an order includes the cost of delivery (transport).

Order: The submission of a duly completed order by the customer and its confirmation by the Seller constitutes the entry into a purchase contract between the two parties.

Order Change and Cancellation: The customer may change or cancel a submitted order until no later than two hours after the order is submitted by telephone or by electronic mail using the contacts provided in Paragraph b) of these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order, in part or in full, if the ordered product is sold out or no longer offered for sale. In case that such a situation occurs, the Seller will without delay contact the customer to make subsequent arrangements.

In case that the customer has already paid the purchase price, in part or in full, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer's account.

Ownership: Products remain the property of the Seller until the payment of the purchase price thereof in full. A cash receipt or an invoice issued based on the purchase contract between the Seller and the customer serves as an invoice for tax purposes.

Delivery Terms: The customer selects the delivery method while placing an order through the e-shop.

Available delivery methods:

Zásilkovna – Z-point, Zásilkovna – Home delivery, Czech Post – Regular mail, Czech Post – Registered mail, Courier/EMS, e-mail.

Payment Terms: The customer selects the payment method while placing an order through the e-shop.

Available payment methods: Payment card

Right to Withdrawal from Contract/Return of Goods: Products offered by the Seller's e-shop are wowchers valid for one calendar year after the date of purchase. The customer has the discretionary right to withdraw from the contract and to return goods within 14 days without stating a reason.

Claims and complaints: Upon the delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the quantity and perform a visual check of the quality of the goods. By paying the purchase price during collection in person or signing the bill of delivery, the customer certifies that the accepted goods exhibit no visible defects and that the quantity thereof conforms to the order. Claims concerning quantity and visible defects submitted at a later time will be disregarded.

Where applicable, hidden defects in delivered goods, not visible upon the acceptance of the goods, must be claimed by the customer without delay, no later than within 24 hours after the acceptance of the goods. Claims submitted at a later time will be disregarded.

Claims concerning hidden defects may be made by telephone, electronic mail, or in person using the contact information provided in Paragraph b) of these Terms and Conditions.

Accepted claims will be settled based on an arrangement agreed between the customer and the Seller, using either replacement goods or refund of the purchase price. The arrangement will include the time and place for settling the claim.

Warranty Period: Products sold through the Seller's e-shop are valid for one year after the date of issue.

Personal Data Protection: The customer's personal data are processed in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. By providing registration information, the customer/visitor grants the Seller consent to process provided data and use such data for internal and marketing purposes. No data will be provided to third parties without the customer's/visitor's prior written consent. In accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., the customer consents to the distribution of information e-mails from the e-shop. 

Miscellaneous:

• Orders are subject to the version of these Terms and Conditions posted on the Seller's website on the day on which an order is electronically submitted, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the customer in writing.
• By submitting an electronic order, the customer unreservedly accepts any and all of the provisions of the version of these Terms and Conditions in effect on the day of submitting the order, and accepts the purchase price for the order in effect on the day of submitting the order, unless demonstrably otherwise agreed in a specific case.
• The customer is irrevocably bound by a submitted order (entered into purchase contract) during the time limit for the delivery of goods. Within the meaning of Section 262, Paragraph 1 of the Commercial Code, the parties agreed that unless otherwise stipulated under these Terms and conditions, the rights and duties of the parties are subject to the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic, particularly Section 409 et seq.
